5 REASONS IT'S HELPFUL TO USE YOUTH MINISTRY CURRICULUM
1. It’s a guide, not a hostage situation. Good curriculum isn’t a script you have to follow word-for-word like a robot. You can sprinkle in your own genius, your favorite weird analogies, and whatever God’s been putting on your heart (even if it involves tacos, sports metaphors, or that one time you got lost at camp). Make it yours!
2. Because “winging it” only works for birds. Let’s be honest, coming up with a full youth lesson every week is a lot. A solid curriculum gives you a plan, saves your brainpower, and lets you focus on building relationships instead of staring at a blinking cursor on Saturday night.
3. It's not boring, we promise. Good curriculum isn’t just solid theology, it comes with games, discussion questions, and creative ways to keep students engaged (and hopefully off their phones for more than 30 seconds).
4. Make it easy for volunteers. Whether your volunteers deliver the message, lead a game or lead a small group, curriculum gives them more direction and fewer deer-in-headlights moments.
5. Consistency is key - even if your schedule isn’t. Whether you’re out sick, on vacation, or just juggling too much, having a ready to go curriculum keeps things running smoothly.

Bible Studies:
All our Bible studies are created to be used in a small group environment and are discussion based. Each lesson is 50% reading the Bible/teaching and 50% student discussion. The goal is for students to talk about the Bible, what it means to follow Jesus, their questions & doubts, what God is doing in their lives, and so on. This format encourages group interaction, personal application, and keeps students engaged.
