Are you facing problems, obstacles, challenges in youth ministry right now?

If so, here is some encouragement.

First, here are some quotes I came across that might be a source of inspiration when it comes to your mindset:

“When you feel like you can’t go on, you’re just getting started.” – Kyle Maynard, who despite being born with no arms and legs, climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro.

“Great people take what should hold them back, and use it to move them forward.” – Ryan Holiday

“The obstacle in the path becomes the path. Within every obstacle is an opportunity.” – Ryan Holiday

“Obstacles are an opportunity to reframe conflicts as a chance to experiment with solutions.” – Jana Levin

“Suffering is a moment of clarity, when you can no longer deny the truth of a situation and are forced into uncomfortable change.” – Naval Ravikant

Second, remember that God is in control.

He can see the big picture of what’s going on in your ministry right now. Remember to quiet your heart and mind. Be still and know that He is God. He’s the source of your strength and motivation. Every darkness has it’s teachings. Know that God is near.

Here’s a few Bible verses that might be helpful:

“I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.” – John 16:33

“Do not worry about anything, but pray and ask God for everything you need, always giving thanks. And God’s peace, which is so great we cannot understand it, will keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.” – Philippians 4:6-7

“And he said, ‘O man greatly loved, fear not, peace be with you; be strong and of good courage.’ And as he spoke to me, I was strengthened and said, ‘Let my lord speak, for you have strengthened me.’ ” – Daniel 10:19

“But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us. We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed.” – 2 Corinthians 4:7-9

Have a an inspiring day!
