As a follow up to the Facebook live I hosted on 4 Unconventional Habits that Lead to More Peace & Joy…

…I created a video on the #1 Shift that Leads to Peace & Joy.

In the video you’ll learn how to approach ministry in an entirely new way that will give you a renewed sense of purpose, meaning and clarity.

This one shift will empower you to slow down and give yourself room to breathe, while simultaneously INCREASING the effectiveness of your ministry or work.

This idea is rarely, if ever, talked about at church leadership conferences, trainings or workshops.

Watch Part 1 – What is the #1 Shift & Why is it Important?

Watch Part 2 – How to Make the Shift

(I was going to do another live video, but instead decided to record it.)

With so much stress, uncertainty and overwhelm in our lives right now…we could all use a bit more peace & joy.

Hope you have a peaceful day 🙂

This is a great word reminding us that “less is more”. Unfortunately, over the years we in youth ministry and the larger Church have lost our focus on what truly matters and replaced it with more programs. The COVID-19 pandemic has reminded us that it isn’t about the programs. But even before this pandemic, we have substituted programs and events for God, Himself. We have almost lost sight of Him in our daily lives because of our reliance on big events and programs. I have been writing a blog at http://www.revkrishutchinson.com which seeks to equip Christians to discover God in their everyday lives. Thanks again for this timely reminder.

Wow! I have been praying about some things…really travelling in the Spirit about the things on my plate and my attitude towards them and this message blessed me and actually lifted a burden and gave me hope and a peace. I thank God for using you to minister to me and give me His answer. I will pray about this and allow God to lead me through this process.

    God bless you.
